Shipping POlicy

Order Processing

At Ablis, we understand how important it is for you to receive your products promptly. We strive to process all orders within 3 business days from the time the order is received. Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. If you place your order after business hours, on a weekend, or on a holiday, we will start processing it on the next business day.

Shipping Carriers

We are pleased to offer a range of shipping options to suit your needs. Our products are shipped via FedEx, USPS, and UPS, trusted carriers known for their reliability and service. Once your order is processed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates and delivery times vary depending on the shipping option you choose and the destination of your order. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carriers and are from the point of shipping, not from the point of order.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship to international destinations.

Order Tracking

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please reach out to our customer service team immediately so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue. We will make every effort to assist you in receiving a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
